Patagonia is infamous for its incredible winds, and this morning was a wonderful display of such power. We got up early and made our way through the dark of night over the undulating terrain to make our way to this very remote lakeshore in Torres Del Paine National Park. After the 2 hour hike to get here, we got to enjoy a fiery sunrise color along these black sand beaches. The wind gets so strong here at times that it will lift water off of the lake and pull it in large funnels into the sky, as you can see in the distance.
